“Freaky Dusty” Bananas

    Is this a gamertag shoutout? Or will these certain bananas have an impact on us more than normal bananas in the future? Will they hold special powers like turning us into skeletons so we can blend in and they dont notice us (for a limited time period). For now they seem to just be normal bananas but why are only certain crates marked freaky dusty?

    Looking up the gamertag why does he get an ingame shoutout? He has 2 islands visited, 1 chest turned in, 0 merch items turned in. Maybe they should revisit some stats n put people in that have played the game more than once lol

    If you scroll through the list, or even read the introduction piece, you'll see most of those who have in game easter eggs have completed either a 'first' or something quirky in game during the early stages of the game pre-release.

    @katttruewalker yeah but just cuz u played day 1 in alpha or beta n did one thing u get ur name in the game forever? He never even sees it since he hasnt played. Not saying my name would be worthy of putting in but how about putting people in with time invested? Or people that actually make a difference and continue to do so. Like @musicmee is in game but deserves to be cuz he on here constantly helping people and im assuming he plays the game still lol

    Well, they might well have played a great many hours pre-release, those stats aren't available for us to see.

    We do know that there are some more recent easter eggs and no doubt this is something that Rare will continue to add to the game.
