I need help with my reputation problem

    My reputation is at 19 and I leveled it up to 15 but it still says My reputation is at level 1 and gives me lower chests

    Did you buy the ranks from the vendor? they lock out each rank regardless of your actual level and you need to unlock them every five levels at minor cost. Stupid and unintuitive... but it's how it's done.
