I've taken into my possession a document from the hands of a dead man. Don't ask how he died - let's just say we weren't seein' eye to eye, so I closed his. It's a pirate's cipher, but that may be the easy part. Thar be gold at the end of this journey for the soul that can find it.
UPDATE: Riddle solved, and Black Caesar's cache of gold has been found. Here is the video showing the solution:
