So I was at an outpost when I spawned in and was standing in the tavern (I think Golden Sands?) Someone on my crew was in there and played his instrument and when he did that, a piece of the floor started glowing and it opened up to reveal a tunnel! At the end was a cave with a waterfall and a light and some pirate shanty was being vocalized but nothing else was in there. Is there a secret I'm missing here? I tried googling it but I couldn't find anything

It's the Legendary Tavern. It's a place where Pirate Legends can go to buy new voyages or gear... or they can take their crew for a tour.
Oh ok, so that other guy probably summoned it and could use it, but for me there was nothing. How do you be able to be the legendary pirate? Is it the guild levels?

@ohsinboi yea, get all factions to level 50.
Not quite, you need 3 of the 6 level-able factions leveled to 50 to achieve Pirate Legend Status. Athena's Fortune is the only one that doesn't count.
