Ladder bug after skeleton thrones update.

    After the new update i'm finiding a new bug on Xbox one s: I climb the boat ladder and fall into the water instead of boarding the boat.
    This Happens rarely on galleon but A LOT on sloop and somtimes on dock ladders as well.
    When i get to the top i just fall back in the water :(
    In a play session yesterday it would kick me off from the top of the ladder at least 3-5 tries before leting me board. Even if the sloop was anchored.
    The climbing animation would drop some frames as well or slow down.
    It was really frustrating that i could not accoplish the 1st step of pirating: get on the boat.
    Not to mention it made sneak boarding enemies imoossible.

    Anybody else had this?

    @supremeleaderd Ahoy matey!

    The Rare Employee and Insider tags have been disabled due to misuse so I would refrain from using them in the future.

    That bug does sound like an odd one and not one I have personally witnessed after the update. I would make sure you submit it as a bug using the link below so Rare can take a look and see what their data tells them.

    I think I encountered this once at one point. Kinda shrugged it off as a rare glitch, like when I was trying to unwedge myself from a shipwreck and made my boat somersault.

    Sounds like it was more of an issue for you though. Already submitted ticket?

    Not sure how to check ping on Xbox.
    This is happening today as well. Feels worse than yesterday. sloop ladders are a nightmare :(

    Yep! I'm in the same ( or lack there of) boat!
    After the last patch it shunts me off hard core. Mostly the sloop by far, but every ladder has the issue..... :(
