Pretty cool idea, in my opinion. Though because of the severe trust issues this game may have created, the multi crew thing has some draw backs. However, i have found nearly all of them(got me a sweet new hat and some other stuff too). Im just curious about 2. The Throne that Keeps Watch(i figured kraken watchtower or skull keep, but there, at least not that i saw) and The Throne Beneath the Waves(figured it was the unmarked island from hungering deep with the underwatee cave with merrics journal, but nothing). Anyone have some extra clues on these ones? I can help with others if you guys are curious and having trouble. Though they're pretty straight forward.

The Keeps watch clue... I will suggest you weren't far off... you must have simply focused on the word move to the nearby hidden spring or whatever it's called and look there... I went to Krakens first as well.. I just needed sail a bit more south to find it but your on the right track.
I thought the same thing about the Throne beneath the waves... Again... right idea.. wrong place. There is another unmarked area we haven't had to explore thanks to merrick lately and it too has a (actually quite harder to find cave than the one from Meg's quest) that will provide the location you seek.
I dont want to simply tell you where to go.. seems you prefer to dig a bit.
I'll say this.. its an unnamed island... and it's really pretty underwater... look to the wrecked ships in the area for your path below.
or...what the guy above said lol... so much for trying to prevent spoilers. lol
