I can't read enemy player messages or hear them

    I only can read and listen to my friends. But when other crews write something or say something I can't read or hear them. What can I do?

    I would suggest you check your Crew Settings, there's options in there for muting other crews than your own to various degrees.

    If you don't find the answer in there, try the Privacy settings (assuming you're on Xbox) to check for any restrictions.

    @tundra-793 Proximity chat and cew chat have exactly the same volume.
    And I can't find any option related with chat messages there

    @mangel2500 I think you have to hit "My Crew" and then below your crew-mates is "All other Crews"
