Thats rjght I'm not your average girly girl and yes I drink lots of beer now I'm wondering how many people on here who have added me from past posts are either shocked, deleting or unfriending me seems that most seem to think I am a he. Indeed I am not but indeed I have guts like a he (ex cage fighter here cough cough) Hhhmmmmmm.... we shall see! My ranks are 35/32/31 mostly accomplished by 98% solo fyi yes i love well used to love soloing to it became almost impossible. Over 1,000,000 gold.
Mature Aussie male with sense of humor.
Prefer PvE but will defend if they shoot first.

Also like to have a few beers every afternoon, so expect a lot of quick toilet breaks. Sorry, otherwise not afk except to quickly feed the dog.
I wait to do these things when the game is quiet.

P.S. It's beer o'clock now so I won't be back online for 1 - 2 hours as I spend this time out the back yard with my pets.

  • Coulda just said "Pirate looking for some fun." Saying female before that kind of sounds like you're looking for a particular type of fun ~shrugs~ Just an observation.

  • @kashaarafall I understand but it might help her crew-up with another female soloist who would otherwise skip passed this thread assuming it was posted by a male.

Edit: Now that I see it says "Fellow female pirate..." she may very well be seeking another female pirate to sail with. Meaning she doesn't want guys hitting on her.

  • @admiral-rrrsole The day we segregate gaming communities is the day I go on a rampage with a banana and and a bottle of coke. People need to just play games, not play games with specific people. Friends sure, but the point of games is fun and if you're bothered because you're a girl and guys ooogle you on the game, mute them.

I understand wanting something like that mind you, but it isn't really the point of a social community.

  • @kashaarafall Sorry I edited my previous post at the same time you were replying to me. You may not have seen it.

  • @admiral-rrrsole Quite possibly, good observation on that, didn't even notice it.

  • @kashaarafall ah agreed but haf to put it out there cause if not then once a player adds me then we play once they realise I'm female thats the last time we play together.

  • @admiral-rrrsole good observation sir but it does not matter whom i play with infact I've never played with another female pirate before. Basically i was getting at hey i am female and yes i drink probably more then a female should. I was trying to just give a heads up to everyone who does not like to play with females nor likes drinkers. :)

  • @elfonashelf52 That's odd. In every previous online game I've played, once the people realized someone being female, they turned into moths circling the light.

Might be helpful to add your time zone / preferred time to play.

  • @elfonashelf52 said in Fellow female pirate looking for fun!:

@admiral-rrrsole i drink probably more then a female person should.

Hope you don't mind me editing your comment above? Women have as much right to drink however much of whatever they like as men. Hell, I've got several female friends who could probably drink a lot of men under the table and I've never even considered it as a thing, let alone an issue.

  • @ever-reddy I like the cut of your jib.
And the facial hair really compliments your eyes. :o)

  • @elfonashelf52
It’s crazy to think there are people out there that will ostracize you for being a female who likes to drink. You should have no trouble finding a crew in my opinion. You’re welcome to sail with us! We have a female as well. We get stuff done efficiently, like to help people and just have fun. Add me.

  • @admiral-rrrsole Awww, you say the sweetest things. :)

  • @elfonashelf52 Feel free to message me if you see me online later Elf! Ye'll always have a spot with me crew.

  • @elfonashelf52 I have sailed with no less than four females with mics that I'm am aware of.
As long as a person is not obsessed with streaming chat or afk for long periods of time I don't mind what sex they are. It's just a game after all.
Also with me being Australian (depending on your time zone, I'm assuming another continent) I doubt either of us ever having the chance to meet, stalk or be of any nuisance.
I also like to hear of a females take on matters both in or outside of the game. Sometimes they open my eyes to a different perspective I may not have thought of before.

I'm pretty much open to play any time.

Fair winds and happy sailing. :o)

  • @ever-reddy lol What can I say? I'm a true gentleman and charmer foremost.
I know how to pay a compliment. :o)

  • @cptbartroberts sounds like myself only a wee bit buzzed but not enough to not know what im doing or give a balls to the wall battle if need be.

Well I haven't experienced anyone 'ooogling' me in game, but I've played with people I've had to mute because I found their language or attitude offensive and I can't say it was a whole lot of fun.

Plus that's putting the onus on women/girls to be the ones to police men/boy's behaviour toward them. The point of a social community is to stick together and look after each other, but telling someone to just ignore a problem isn't doing either.

  • @ever-reddy I could comment but rather not just to avoid a big debate ;) thats just me :(

  • @ever-reddy hardy har y'all are making me laugh kudos

  • @tundra-793 thank ya much

  • @elfonashelf52 Ooops, sorry for turning your thread all serious there!

Happy to sail with you any time I'm playing though. I'm in the UK and it'll usually be in the evenings that I'm on. My GT is the same as my name in here. :)

Ooogling, making a move on, hitting on,using as a cover up whatever the case may be that a*s#×@ I am known to be :) that's what most people call me but I call it honesty. DID NOT mean for this to rhyme but it does so it makes it more awesome :)

  • @admiral-rrrsole US EST but my time play varies each day your on my list this i know so if im on and know it will be for a while I'll send an invite or vice versa :) happy sailing to thee

  • Well I'm from Ireland, so I'm a little baffled by anyone, regardless of gender, that feels the need to explain that they like a drink. It sounds like saying "I enjoy breathing oxygen" to my celtic ears.

Also fun fact, the statement "he/she likes a drink" in Ireland is more or less shorthand for "that person has got a life threatening alcohol addiction"

That said, I also like a drink, and have no issues with the gender of my crew mates.

  • @elfonashelf52 Sorry, I didn't notice your last reply addressed to me.
Yeah sure, I'm cool with slooping and sometimes I join my mate and his wife. Darn, I forgot her. That makes five females I have sailed with. Which often leaves us with an "invite only" three person crew. His wife plays at work and needs to be afk for about two minutes every hour or so. This is why we leave that fourth spot "invite only" because a random not understanding the situation may protest her brief absence.
They are in Minnesota and I usually join him in a sloop at around 10pm their time until about 6am CDT when she returns home from her shift. We usually swap back and forth between ship types after cashing-in but we have done alright as a two man crew on a galleon when need be. It would be nice to have a permanent crew of four to defeat challenges sooner and not have to swap back and forth to more manageable ship sizes.
He also plays other games so I'd like to catch up in rep. lol

  • @elfonashelf52 Seen that written in a stall once.... I think I just got click-baited...

  • Game on. Shoot me an invite if you catch me. Usually late night into early morning Pacific time. ...and with lots of beer as well. I'm a big guy though with a metabolism like a nuclear reactor so I can't get properly hammered on beer.
    So the ship'll stay straight-ish.

Jasus officer, it was only a few cans, and sure these feckin Galleons practically sail themselves...

We'll mish thosr rocks. Okay we have plenty o' planks...

  • @mrgrim67686 ah I see you've sailed on the Venga Boat before then?

  • @elfonashelf52 Me added ya to friends list. Always looking fer pirates that can handle a cutlas without spilling their beer.

  • It's a trap
