There should be a journal to keep track of achievements and limited time quests. The different pages in the journal also keeps track of stats such as pirate kills with pistol, pirate kills with sword, pirate kills with blunderbuss, pirate kills with eye of reach, skeleton kills, sloops sunk, galleons sunk, deaths to skeletons, deaths to sharks, deaths to pirates, etc.
Also should be able to turn the journal around to show others.
Really like this idea, as well as the proposed implementation (making use of the show to others mechanic). It could also roll up the other stats we have like Chests Cashed, Skulls Cashed, Distance Sailed, etc that are currently tracked by the game so we can more easily view them live in game and compare with other pirates.
I also like the idea of keeping track of the limited time quests the person has participated in. It sort of helps with the "build your own story and legend" gimmick of the game as these accolades are accumulated by players to be shared with others. Plus, Merrick has essentially set a precedent for the idea.
Would love to see this come into the game at some point.
