So I signed in and got ready to crack on with the hungering deep. Set sail on my own to do Merricks riddles. Got everything I needed and headed to where we have to summon the hungering deep. 4 ships worth of players including me all teamed up to get this done. We all gathered on one of the galleons, It was awesome! We summoned the beast and started the fight. We could tell we were pretty close to finishing and I got killed by Meg. Then..... Spawned with my boat miles away. By the time I got back to them they were sailing back to shark bait cove. And It didn't count as me completing the mission :( no figurehead for me.
Simultaneously the best and worst experience I've had. THD

Maybe you should have anchored your ship at Devils Ridge or Thieves Haven...@ktingaling thing is I got lucky with the crews as well been trying for over an hour to redo it and still struggling to find other crews.
