I was suggesting a barber shop long ago but instead, we got tattoo sets in the clothing shop. Barbershop will probably never come.
Thank's rare that there will be tattoo set's we can buy and we can't customize the tattoos.
I find it funny, A game that's based on customization is making us very limited on what we can customize.
I don't think rare is listening to mega-threads or not implementing suggestions that should be in the game because rare doesn't want it.

I made a similar thread. Was pretty excited about tattoos but the way they are presented now is pretty meh
I was suggesting a barber shop I think since the alpha because I know that's the only thing that would make this game feel more customizable.
Rare should look at games like saints row 4 with the customization.

We are listening to the mega threads and are always looking at when best to implement new features. We introduced Flags (which can be used for signalling intent) for the Hungering Deep as it's an update that encourages crews to work together to figure out what happened to Merrick and uncover what lies beneath!
@theunknownd how long will it take till someone comes up with a selfmade d**k tattoo out of some others or just use some parts rest under clothes.. For me it's clear why they did that, there are sadly symbols that are not allowed in online games.. Wasn't expecting anything else, just because it would be cool it's not good :/

Yes, I know and I thank yee. I just feel like you guys only add in suggestions that you want for the game and not add in the things that we suggest that should be in the game. :(
I lost all hope now that you guys aren't going to implement a barber shop and you guys are just going to go in this route.

Sorry, i did not see that you‘ve posted a video with that, showing the tattoo-mechanic in SR4 especially. I thought you were refering to the whole customization options available.

You're over thinking how tattoo customization could work. I'm not proposing custom tats that can be placed anywhere. I just wanted premade tats that could go to select body regions. Very much similar to how the clothing system works.

@theunknownd all do respect matey, with this new update containing a bunch of stuff that has been asked for multiple times (shaders/dyes, flags, tattoos, etc) I think it's unfair of you to say that RARE is not listening, just because the thing you wanted isn't there, or it wasn't implemented the way you wanted.
Stop whining and let Rare figure this out. Like, don't get me wrong, it is unacceptable top release a £50 game that has about £10 worth of content, but they are doing their best to fix it, and that's more than a lot of Devs will do!
