Sunken Ship Fee

So, this is kinda an add on for the dead Death Tax, but more... acceptable. Basically, it makes it to where ships are more valuable, and the more resources you have the more money you got to pay. Let's say you got 10 cannonballs, 5 planks, and 3 bananas. that adds to 18 gold. So 1 gold for each resource. So, it spawns the ship with all the resources you got, but the more you got, the more expensive the fee will be to have the mermaid raise the ship for you.

I like the idea, but I have to disagree with it.
When you lose your boat, after lets say an hour of playing, your resources are pretty much filled and that is a plus value to your ship, as you're a better war power (more cannon balls, more planks, more bananas = holding your position easier and longer). So if you get that filled ship sink, you start all over again and fill it back up, having to pay for it additionally just is too much in my opinion.

So if you got 10 to no gold, you spawn with no ship? Or no resources? That would be frustrating, although i don't think that would be a common complaint. I do think a sunken ship fee would push players to be more careful when engaging in PVP.
