Please stop begging for Athena Voyages.
@ro0or You are welcome to withhold your sacred voyages if you like, but it is not up to you to tell the rest of us how we should play. You are not special. Pirates often plunked down higher level voyages for me as I leveled up, I’m not going to deny other players that same courtesy. Besides, who wants to complete Athena’s voyages solo?
@fearthebeardig The problem is that they get mad when they don't get the athena's quest instead of just doing some other quest

I drop mission everytime i notice i have the highest rep, i dont have to think about it, so i cant understand the struggle.
It makes me happy to help others, thats my crew, so we need to be good to each other.

I'm tired of having to dress down to hide the fact that I'm a legend because a crew will sit there and beg for an Athenas voyage. And when I refuse they throw a tantrum like a child and act like I'm the a*****e. Look I earned my status, I did the grind. So should you, you damn leaching p***s.

@fearthebeardig helping my regular crew is what I do. But getting begged by randoms to drop an Athenas is annoying. When you tell some one no 5 times and they then refuse to do any work on the ship because of it. Have that happen to you then come back and we will see how the tone shifts.
@wodyo I do. But I do them with the crew that helped me reach legend. Plus the loot on athenas is trash.

I am very close to being a legend and should have it wrapped up by the weekend.
I plan to do the exact opposite and drop as many quests as I can.
In fact I will server hop so that everyone can start sharing in the Pirate Legend quests.
No skin off my nose if they cancel but many will be overjoyed to experience them and that's why I am grinding as I have.It really feels like Alot of you have missed the major point here.

What I am tired of is rude players who will sit there and ask repeatedly, even after being told no, to drop an Athenas voyage.
And if anyone is question what kid of legend or player I am, I suggest a quick look at the forum post titled 'a couple of friendly legendary pirates'
@personalc0ffee it seems only the legends that have commented understand. We get it. Athenas grind sucks. They are long with low reward. We don't want to do them all the time. Sometimes I just want to pvp or do some gh. But being badgered to do one ruins it for me.

1st and foremost - Pirate Legend is meaningless in this game. Why? Because its NOT skill based. At all. You had more time to ferry chickens around than someone else did. Good for you. Your not special, it didn't take any actual skill to achieve, just more time. That's it.
Second - We all know the grind is real. I am 40/42/41/4
How 4 in Athena? Well the regular voyages are a little stale for me, so I have managed to break the monotony by hopping in with a few crews doing Athena missions, as well as coming across some VERY NICE legends willing to drop a quest for us. Compared to regular missions, I find them to be a lot more fun and enjoyable, so thank you EVERYONE who helps share them with others!- Its a pirate game, your going to run into bootyholes in ANY game no matter what. If you come across a crew pestering you in a very rude manner to drop a quest, leave and find a new crew. You don't HAVE to drop a voyage for anyone. So Sure, I will agree with sentiment of stop handing out legendary voyages, if you edit it to say "to rude people who don't deserve them". But to say to legends that have earned it to not share with ANYONE, is a bit rude yourself. Lot of legends enjoy sharing their benefits with other pirates who haven't hit it yet. Gives us a taste, and helps motivate us to keep working for it. When I hit it, I will be happy to share them with other FRIENDLY crews who ask NICELY
On a side note, how many people in the forum don't understand that they can quote multiple people in the same post instead of making a separate one for every reply they want to make?
@ant-heuser-kush I personally don't think I'm better than anyone. I'm not great at pvp but I can hold my own. Ive sank ships and have been sunk. I've pirated and have been plundered. The legendary title is nothing more than a statement saying I did the grind. It's what you do after that makes you the Legend. I've done my fair share. I've ruined people days and ive also made pepoles days.
