So this might be a bit of an odd question and maybe someone has some insight into achieving this. I play on the xbox one s. I'm deaf in one ear. I just recently started using headphones while playing. Is there some optimum way to set this up for only using one earpiece? I'm not home so I can't see the options, I did change the player chat from directional. Any other thoughts?

@sir-lotus Thanks. I'll try that. I hadn't looked at the system settings. I was hoping to not have to make a system wide change as I'm not the only user. I think it would be ok though if so. I'll check it out tonight.
