Lamers can be found everywhere, around the globe. Your nationalistic bias is showing. Giving attention (such as [poorly] writing a thread about it) to such occurrences only fuel the flames of ignorance and hate. If you don't like what people are saying, you're free to tell them that.
There does not need to be a "kick" function. You used the Brig, and the "kid" left. The game already provided you with a tool to properly handle the situation, and you used it.

While I do get what you are saying, as has been mentioned above this kind of behavior can be found in all walks of life, not just the one you singled out.

A young man joined us earlier who I tried ever so hard to work alongside but his screaming got him muted by my crew.
I stuck with him until he (said it was his brother) put the anchor down on the way to the Skull Fort then got onto the wheel and took us away when we picked it up.I remember what it was like when I was young, I was too energetic for my own good. Though I was polite...I think :)

Absolutely!! Some months ago I was carrying out my Fuel Rat duties over on Elite Dangerous, when I rescued a player who, it turns out, was an 11-year-old boy (I asked him his age when I heard his squeaky voice xD). He was one of the nicest players I have met online. Polite, grateful and just, well, nice. Later that same day I received a PM from the kid with a screenshot of his gleaming new ship he had brought in ED. He had been on his way to buy it when he ran out of fuel, and he thought he was not going to make it, but his 13-year-old brother advised him to call the Fuel Rats. Along with the screenshot of his new ship he said: "Thanks to you I have my new ships. Thank you!"
Not all kids are rude or annoying in games. It's wrong to tar all kids with the same brush.
@xcalypt0x 90% of the time i meet people like this, in destiny,pubg,fortnite,battelfield,wildlands,sot,warframe,elite dangerus,why can't people behave and have fun and play a game as it should been played in stead of running around like a crazy person, and yell allah akbar ,do you think thats okay????just asking
@musicmee thank you so much it was ment with no harm,just frustrated because some people attend to ruin others game experience, same to you enjoy your adventures in sot...maby we meet on the seven seas one day:)

I had a crew with a kid who kept taking chest and swimming away. We brigged him and got messaged that the player was sorry but that was his kid who did that not them.. I said sorry but we are not taking that risk. They left mins later, kinda hope the kid got grounded lol
