Why no raid on Old Boot Fort?

    Is it just me or do they keep putting the raid on the same forts?

    No idea. Some of those bigger forts just seem like a good time, don't get why they aren't in use. I assume they'll be activated in the future though. Maybe with a new type of raid even.

    There's actually quite a few islands that don't seem to spawn the Skull Fort, or at least spawn it very rarely. I would imagine that they are going to be used in future DLC content for other types of raids or events. I believe there are only 3 islands that spawn the Skull Fort? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong and I'll edit my post.

    Spawn Regularly:
    Shark Fin Camp
    The Crow's Nest Fortress
    Keel Haul Fort

    Never Spawn:
    Karen Watchtower
    Old Boot Fort
    Lost Gold Fort

    Unsure:
    Skull Keep
    Hidden Spring Keep
    Sailor's Knot Stronghold
