Offline Mode

I've seen this topic before and believe it's a good idea, I also know that Chapman said running private servers would be too expensive, that's not what I want.
I moved in Jan and have been forced to use public wifi, which is already unreliable, but recently they've decided to stop running it, so I haven't been able to play SoT for a week. It's a shame because I love this game, and being able to play offline would mean that I won't have to wait an hour to load or find other players, and worry about lag or getting disconnected!
