Pirate groups
- There are a number of factions inside Sea of thieves that a pirate joins, each faction has its own agenda and the pirate group must reach their goal in monthly highscores and the factions who meet their quota get a boost in their factions particular field of expertise
- Factions can compete against each other in high scores, as well as in their own faction to see who is a legend
- If more people are in a faction than another faction that is smaller, they will not get as bigger reward as the people who are in a smaller faction due to those who are in a smaller faction have put more effort into reaching their factions goal
- Player cannot change factions, once they have joined their faction, only when the monthly high scores have been reset can they change faction
Group Modes
- Group mode would allow individuals to be in a group but they all have their own SLOOP, that way they can either sail together or conquer multiple voyages at once, but they have to go to an outpost to vote for a voyage, rather on a ship
Progressive extension
- Allow individuals to level up to unlock different weapons; this doesn't mean that the individual has an advantage over someone who is level one; it just means they have a different way to combat an individual as they have a different weapon
E.G:
- Dagger (Faster to attack, shorter distance and does less damage than a sword, due to it attacking faster)
- Knife (Can lunge themselves at the target further than they would with a sword, shorter distance in close combat, does less damage in close combat, can throw knives at people)
