My riddle is “discover the looted stores on the west outer ring on this land spirits lift like lantern in hand” i have been all over the island and havent found looted stores and i go to every not worthy thing and lift my lantern but nothing happens help?

@blacklegsanji20 Assuming that you are on "the West outer ring", the "looted stores" could mean empty barrels.
Also keep in mind that the "outer ring" doesn't necessarily mean the very most outer or ocean facing shoreline.Good luck. :o)

Shark Bait Cove is a concentric series of rings, as I am sure you are painfully aware. And, I'm sure you realize that one of them is to the west more than the others.
These small rings are rather thin, and though long in some cases, aren't too difficult to scour individually.
For this clue, you are looking for a group of broken barrels, crates (especially), possibly with a scattering of bottles (though unlikely), and yes, raising lantern.
But therein lies the crux, that damned lantern proc. Were I you I would find these ornamental areas which should fit the descriptor and raise it several times approaching from various angles. I have found similar issues with other proc's and what fixed them for me was persistence. Raising said lantern in time with walking all over the place near by the item seems to help the most.
I am willing to wager that you've already found the area of note and that the proc was the issue, not the following of instructions.

You're looking for a place with open and empty chests/barrels... A place that has been "looted"... In the outer ring, could be anywhere on the west section of the outer ring, that includes the north-west part to the south-west part... Not necessarily the shore.
That could be the one where the location is two empty chests. They are barnacle covered. However, I feel like when I've been sent to those chests, barnacles were mentioned in the riddle, so this could be completely wrong. They're not on the most outer western ring and there are barrels next to them. Or maybe it is the most outer, just facing the center of the ring of islands.
