Scars and tattoos

So game is about creating your own stories and I like it but I think it could be moved even further. For example scars. They should appear each time your pirate dies (game could ask you if you want that scar or give you option to remove them later). And you could show your friends that you lost the eye to the kraken and want revenge and after getting your revenge you can make a tattoo to prove your bravery and probably recklessness.
