    @maquark i won't lie.. I've 360'd a bunch of "Slow Turners" lol.

    Right now the only advantages aside from gunplay i've seen in-game has to be crew size. Having 2 people adjusting trim and angles on sails while one is dedicated to canons and one to wheel against a solo queue player can seem a bit unfair.

    HOWEVER. I've been able to deal with 4 man crews all by my lonesome once they get too close. I'm like a spider monkey made of sea water and death. :D

    @zxbarricadexz if they added a button for 180 like left 4 dead, it'd be a pretty close match, I'd say. just gotta get that text chat and people wouldn't even tell the difference anymore lol

    a 180 button would only help in performing 180s it still doesn't help with aiming in general, which is more the issue.

    Today I came across a player playing alone on a corvette

    it was impossible to harm him, all our crew went up on him firing, striking, he just did not die

    he kept playing music in the middle of the water while we tried to kill him, he kept dropping the words "Dying laughing at the conves" because he was simply invincible. Would anyone have any explanation of what that was?

    Yea, these numbers to me feel pretty telling as to the fact that a LOT of the claims getting kicked around about cheating are likely false. Those numbers, at launch, indicate that we basically had 2 million people playing the game (rounded), of that we had 300,000 playing on PC (rounded) making a grand total of 15% of the total player population being on PC (less than making it so that nearly only 1 in 10 players you would encounter in the game are on PC).

    Assuming, logically, even going to the high end that roughly half of all PC players were actually cheating (absurd) that would mean that a game of 2 million players has about 150,000 people actively cheating (this is roughly 7% of the player base). This means that only 7 out of every 100 people you run into in the game have the potential to be a cheater. With only 24 players even being on a given server at any time, the odds of actually running into a cheater are so low that it is hard to honestly believe that the frequency at which people seem to report this on the forums (a place where we probably only have around 25% of the player population even actively using it) makes it all seem a little off. This number of active cheaters is also probably dropping over time as people get banned, one would imagine, so the percentage chances since launch have likely gone down as well.

    Again, that is not saying that there aren't people cheating in the game. That is not saying that cheaters do not exist. But, it does speak volumes to the fact that many of the reports are likely not actually situations of cheating.

    Fine, start your preaching crusade with your console buddies, as it's really tiresome that we, PC players, are labeled as cheaters by default by some of the most fanatic ones, thread after thread after thread, with no proofs, tired of insults and stupid and childish acusations, because we are some kind of boogie man for some XBox players.

    I never cheated, neither on PC nor in console, and again, never met so many cheaters like in Destiny 1, I played it on PS4...PS4 is not a PC if it didn't change lately.

    This is a PC-XBox game, stop treating us like second class citizens, thank you.

    Look if you get beat by someone, and then complain and say oh they must have been PC players chances are you are a bad sport.

    You see I bought this game because of crossplay, and the statement that Rare would not do anything to split the player base.

    If you want optional crossplay you shouldn't have bought a game that offers crossplay and a never split community!

    Posting a youtube video like this as if it's proof of a cheating player base loses any and all credibility from you on the subject. Unless you can show proof that you willingly attempted to purchase and install hacks yourself, and I doubt you'd want to, you should just stop posting.

    Here a great exemple of consoles players , screaming wolfs and outright lying about someone " hacking " and pretending having been shot 1 hit while they have been shot 3 hit total 1 pistol 50% 1 blunderbuss at decent range and 1 blunder pointblank ... who cant admit their own mistake in the way they have played badly and who use PC gamers as boogieman of their failure ... I have never ever seen a single real hacker in this game so far yet in 350 hours so yeah it tell a lot ... i have seen tho " invinsible players and most of them were consoles players with like 60 k gamer scores achivement and last games played were consoles only tittle ... so yeah servers are brokens and hit reg is sometime also broken nothing to do with PC players

    Enjoy the Hackusation ... and its always the same c**p ... Consoles players look for boogieman here and my statement is pure truth ... i have experienced both and i have encounter way more " glitchers and cheaters " in general in the realm of consoles gaming than on PC ... on PC i have seen hackers but they are rare and most of the time very obvious and always come back with different account but they are the same handfull of no life ... So far in Seas of thieves i havnt encounter a single hacker yet ... but i have seen problems with hit reg but it seams servers related more than exploits or any hacks .. In the game
    The division , Xbox players have found a way to increase exponentially the DPS of weapons to 1 millions + these exploits have been share on youtube and have contaminated all platform including PC , we tought these peoples were legitimate hackers , but they were simply following the exploits found on Xbox platform first ... so yeah

    I have the two platforms PC and xbox I play in both I recognize the advantages of the PC but this is not the issue that is circulating here

    I think simply the rare / Microsoft should improve security

    Of course a video posted on the 24 march yes in order to scam idiots ready to pay for a hack right ? Find me any recents videos of someones hacking in Sea of thieves ? Show me exemples of peoples getting killed by hackers in sea of thieves ? I havnt encounter a single hacker in sea of thieves in 350+ hours of playtime ... while lets say in games like H1Z1 or Player unknow battleground i have seen 1 every 10 games at least so yeah there is no " hacks epidemic " in sea of thieves

    If i have not seen them it mean they are very rare or unexistant or far to be a issue to be truely concern about , especially that we are a very PVP intensive crew wich attack anyones and everyones on sight , but also do all the fort possible and battle as much in PVP , if i have not seen them then it mean they are insanely marginal if they exist and so far i have been call a hackers aproximatly 1000000 time already , and yet i miss many shots and i also have seen many peoples unkillable for 1 life but the other life they got i killed them normally ...

    The consolers " who hate PC " in the first place will be insanely bias will make uninformed statement and will always blame their personal failure on something else without proofs ... if i claim i hit a guy 5 time and he did not die i dont lie and i have video proofs to proove my claim but these instance are not hacking most likely , they seams to have been servers side broken hit reg ...

    Here 2 video , 1 of a console player who is basically in god mode and taunt me as if i wasnt able to hit him ... and the second is a compleat console player who lie to his friend and call me a hacker because i outplay his terrible way to play , i even miss 2 out of 3 pistol shot on him it wasnt even a great play for me i was very bad this time for some reason and yet he called me a PC hacker lol because he saw me writting in the tchat box so automatically killing them was making me a hacker ... then proceed to lie further saying i one hit him wich is possible with the blunderbuss but the truth is i hit him 3 time in a row ... 50% health , then 10% then a possible 100% health damage ... yep ... lies dosnt serve anyones well ... if something is weird you are OK to "question it " and try to find answer but using PC platform as the boogieman is silly , also " cheating " on consoles is even more prevalent than on PC .. yes PC as some hackers , 1 out of 1000 or less but Glitchers , lag switchers , walls exploiters , etc..etc.. is very common on consoles , also peoples buying modded controlers , rooter who as the capacity to kick peoples out of lobby , things like that is very uncommon on PC while is a plague on consoles , thats the reality ..

    Also this defamation of PC players as to stop , i have over 650gb of seas of thieves videos , and i can proove all the claim i made ... i could find all instance where players i killed in 1 shot , end up been immune in one instance and were " god mode " these consoles guy did not become god mode with a hacks neither PC players , its the hit reg of the servers who are broke and this week servers maintenance was supposed to partially alleviate that
