Getting Knocked Off The Ship

    I recently started playing on the sloop again and have noticed that every cannonball that hits anywhere remotely close to the wheel knocks the player off the boat and leaves him within an inch of his life stranded in the water.

    While playing the sloop today me and my buddy got knocked off our ship almost 96% of the time we got hit by cannonballs..

    Not sure if they have changed anything but it's becoming really stale. I mean some of these shots directly hit me and still leave me stranded with 1 health.

    @halvar-the-pale so, a giant iron cannon ball being fired at and hitting a squishy human shouldnt hurt them? I mean, i think i'd rather take the hit and survive, cause usually when i get hit with a cannon ball it kills me. I dont think ive ever gotten knocked off the sloop when getting hit with a cannon ball.

    @howdoishoot926 Getting knocked off is worse then dying. If you get directly hit with a cannon ball it should be instant death, or you end up bleeding out.

    Getting knocked off your sloop when you are solo is a pain in the a*s, and usually results in you watching your boat sink.
