Bought the game 6 days ago, and have yet to be able to connect on Win10, stuck on Loading Supplies.
I'm using Mcafee AV, so not one of the problem 3 mentioned, although i have tried temporarily turning both AV and firewall off, with no change. Tried reinstalling, again no change. I raised a ticket 3 days ago and have had zero response.
I'm very impressed...
@eldariel Also, can I use a local account? How can it verify my ms store purchase, I wouldn't want to use a local accnt anyway, if that was required I would just get a refund, a somewhat limiting factor of the game
More annoying is, after 7 days I still have had no response from support.
@eldariel so use a local windows account to log into the machine, which account to log into the xbox app? I don't see how i can log the xbox app in under a different account than the one that owns the game?
@eldariel I have raised a support ticket, a week ago now, but no response at all despite 2 chasers.
I have all my desktop setting on my roaming windows profile so don't want to use a local account
Wasn’t suggesting you ‘use’ a local account, was suggesting you ‘test’ a local account to help narrow down where the issue might be.
(if the game works on another account on your PC the issue has to be related to your Windows account and associated registry keys, rather than a generic issue with your PC)
