Thats the Riddle and i really really have no idea anymore where to look and raise my lantern, i looked for every Cave, everything that looked Hideout-y and used the Lantern, NOTHING. Where is this Hideout supposed to be?

There is a slither of rock cut out in the archway the top of the island that leads to a cave with a skull in it.
That's the cave you require.

When I first starting playing the betas, it took me a few hours to realise that you can hold right click to raise your lantern further (No idea what button you'd need to press on a controller).
Yes I did :P And it's LT on the Controller.
