Do brigged people earn money?

  • Hello we've brigged a guy bc he was trolling us and throws our loot in the water. He was staying 3 more hours in the jail. Do he earn money for being in jail? And why we can't votekick such people?

  • @tangente-fut Yup, he does.

  • @kashaarafall well, what a c**p system :/

  • Right now i'm in the brig. Eatin' my dinner, reading posts and counting my sweet free gold. I just joined a randomly crew and they brigged me in 5 sec without any word. I'd like to someone ask me kindly that they waiting for another player.

    @kashaarafall well, what a c**p system :/

    it´s the opposite so that the brig don´t gets abused even more like collecting loot together and just before you turn in after hours of looting brigging the fourth guy!

  • The brig is a pretty s**t system. They need to tweak it so there's a maximum time limit you can be in it and a cooldown of at least 20 minutes before you can vote to brig that person again. Sentence gets served and they are auto released and cant be thrown back in for a set amount of time.

    its a tough one to solve. you have to look at the problem from everyone's shoes.

    1. your shoes as a crew- this kid joins in and starts trolling us and wont leave. and our only option is to lock him up and hope he leaves.

    2. your shoes as a new guy joining game.- say you dont have a mic and the crew throws you in the brig even though you are not a troll. you want to play and help out but they wont have it. now lets imagine they add in the option to kick people. now every game you join your just getting kicked out of it and never have the opertunity to prove yourself..

    where do you draw the line between the two scenerios. where do you make it fair for both parties?

    what kind of system can be implimented to prevent preventable kicking but also prevent preventable trolling or bad crews just hanging around?

    these are the things we should be thinking about and then offering solutions that make it fair for everyone. because they dont want to turn everyone off because every crew you join they just kick you.

  • HOLD PLAYER SELECT.
    what about the option to?

    allow the ability the crew to vote for a hold on players joining.

    say you join into a new game with your 2 mates. you have a friend joining when he gets off work in an hour.

    have an option to stop players from joining the game while still maintaining a 4 man vessel. and then once your friend is ready to join you can invite him into game and not have to worry about others joining and not leaving.
