Xbox One & One S crash

    My game keeps crashing on the "Opening Crew Ledger" loading screen or in the next couple screens. The furthest I've got to playing a game was hitting "A" to set sail- then freeze and crash back to Xbox dashboard. On both consoles, even a refurbished one before we returned it.

    I have it installed on my Xbox One and our brand new Xbox One S. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, checked all my setting, run network tests, and nothing works. I have not been able to play at all, solo, with friends, at all.

    Anybody have this issue or has heard about the issue? My husband and I are really wanting to play!

    I've been having the same issue. I have reinstalled multiple times but it keeps happening

    I created a ticket from both of my accounts and am waiting to hear back. Hopefully they'll figure out a fix! I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one although it sucks you're going through it too! (Don't know why I did it this way but I created a separate email address for my gamertag way back when, haha)...

    It kind of sucks when somebody really wants to play it and it suddenly doesn't work! I will look and if I find a fix, I will post it in this forum page so it isn't a problem. I was really frustrated too, I thought I was the only one because all of the bug reports I could find were on pc.

    Nope, I've created 2-3 support tickets and always get the same response. I just tried starting a couple of hours ago with today's update and am still unable to play. I'm also going to create another support request.

    @darnedkelbishea Just downloaded the game tonight and ran into same issue. Super disappointing to see that this has already been an issue for a bit but here is hoping it gets fixed soon.

    Im having the same issue right now... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED... ive had the game since it came out, have got to play a little here and there, now ever since the new Hungering Deep update my game crashes every single solitary time at crew ledger after failing to load there. Kicks me to the xbox main menu... im so p****d off and feel extremely ripped off by rare.. first my game wouldnt sail the sea ( work for the first week) after the game released... then it took about three weeks to get my black dog pack from the preorder.. and now after the lastest update my game is completely broken, bugged, caput. Feel highly ripped off for my money, Rare are some true dirty pirates... stole my money and gave me a bunk game. Bought this game to play with a buddy and he plays just fine... myne is bugged now. Pull ur head out of ur a***s and get these BUGS FIXED!!! I PAYED MONEY FOR THIS. I want a refund.
