The fact that they made it redownload instead of patch worries me a bit... I have no problem downloading myself, it's just the fact that a game like this is expected to be patched. But still there is no patch functionality in the release...

That's what the guys in this thread say, I am not home myself so can't confirm.

@hrenli I'm PC and it's currently at 5 G and 1/4th done. I have no idea why the patch is so large or if we are downloading the whole game again.

Maybe there was a problem with the 4k textures.... If it is just actual content and texture fixes okay, but if we are indeed just re-DL'n the whole game that's terrible. They patched the scale test clients, so it's not like they don't know how to do patches. I feel sorry for anyone on a slow connection, or if they have a data cap. Guess we'll see ...
