If i shoot on the planks holes of an enemy ship will i break them?

I miss a subject on my question, "shoot on the planks holes with a gun", not with the cannon :X

@altamita I dont think so, although i have not tried, and now i definitely will. that should definitely be a feature as it encourages risking boarding the ship instead of cannon sniping for hours.

@altamita if you mean with one of the personal weapons, no. I have tried repeatedly on the inside of my ship and enemy ships and I can't destroy the planks, though I wish I could with my sword.
