This bug apparently occurs whenever you drop a skull at the bottom of the ocean floor (at least I think). Some guy boarded us, took our skulls one by one, and dropped them into the water so I only presume he was glitching them into the floor although they could just bug out while dropped in water. Anyways you are not able to pick of the skull in the water (as seen in the top picture) and there is green skull mist at the floor of the ocean directly under the skull. Please fix this bug Rare, I know that I haven't provided all the information necessary but I really don't want to test on my own...
