This is happening to me all the time with the Windows 10 Xbox app and it is so annoying:
Sadly adding clubs to your profile like suggested when searching for this problem on google doesn't do anything.
Does this also happen on an actual Xbox One or just on Windows 10?
Is the Android app any better?
