I looked up some old thread how to report them but their name doesn't even come up in recent players. I can say the name here but you guys don't need to know it. But they were messing with us for a good hour, ramming us...they had full paintjob and sails and ornament, good gear. we would sink them...and kill them. and p**f. he would be sittin on our ship clapping, kill him again. p**f back on the ship, finally had to abandon quest and race for outpost to sell what we had before they decide to stop toying with us and just grief us seriously. at outpost, they were there waiting, blocking the tent, killing us....cannon shot, still alive. a few shots to the back with blunderbuss and more cannon shots...still alive. I read others complaining about hacks already but was skeptical...till now.
IF someone is using hacks, how can you report it, and to WHO. rare or microsoft?
@johnny-vain It's fairly convoluted if you're on PC. You have to open up the XBox app and search for the offending players under "Friends List" and then "Recent Players". Already reported some cheaters for invulnerability exploits/hacks.
yea I did that, and the only people on my list are the ones I played with in my boat. Those two don't show up. but I did type in their name in name search and see them still playing.... but will anything even be done? who did u report to...Microsoft? not like they will get back and say .."ok they are banned from Microsoft" , just was looking online and there are sites for installing the progs that run the cheats for users. gold hack, aimbot, seeing players,enemies,animals,treasures from across the map thru objects, a few companies already selling the hacks. why? its ruins the game for the hacker and other ppl of course.
