So everytime I capture a pig it never stays in the cage long and it disappears out of no where. I can never do any merchant quest because of this. What do I do? What's going wrong?
you need to feed it a bannana. If it starts making lots of noise then it's feeding time. If it's sitting down in the cage looking sad - then it's going to die soon.
Also, don't keep any caged animals near caged snakes. They are bitey ;)

Also, don't keep tnt next to your animals in a lightning storm...they tend not to like being blown to pieces.
