Been grinding all week long, unlocked the sovereign hull paint, and JUST unlocked the sovereign sail color only to look at my beautiful ship with a blank empty white flag on top of the mast still.............? Why is it not at least the same color as my sails? Stands out SO MUCH and looks so silly. W H Y

But i hope we will be able to change the flags too in the future.
I honestly woudl even like to change the carpet at the map table, but that's just a very detailed wish.

@face-0-o I have seen a sloop with a black flag, only once. I don't know how or why. And I have no proof.

Not being able to name the ship or change the flag is pretty disappointing for a game based heavily on customization. This is a gripe I stick by.

Given that it's not under normal sailing circumstances, it would appear that if this is a black flag and not a shadow, it's due to the kraken attack. What is the source of the image? Press release? Dev screen shot? If so, you're likely looking at a developer ship. I've heard they have identifiable sails and flags.
@face-0-o It's me on board and my friend in mid air pulled by tentacle (my nickname on the screen). So it's pretty much just average ship with black flag.

I did not say i'm happy with the white flag! But i hope the flags will be customizable in the future independent from the sails.

Well now I'm intrigued. Are there any other screen shots from others out there? Unfortunately I don't pay attention to anything but the tentacles during a kraken attack, but I'd be curious if this occurred with others.
