Ok, so I purchased a headset recently that's compatible with my X-Box One S. I'm able to hear other players but they can't hear me. I have the crew chat set to headphones/headset but I'm not sure what's going on. It seems to work as seeing I can hear everything from their side, but does anyone know what's going on here?

@theloneraven121 Typically I have this issue when my headset is not correctly registered with the XBOX (often happens because the controller is turned on before the headset is plugged in. or if you have a mixamp the amp may be on before the controller is on causing it not to register) anyways... The best fix seems to be turn the controller of and back on.
Easy way to see if your headset is not working is start a party chat and see if you can see yourself taking.
@simpleyfaded i literally had that issue today i had it charging and the controller kept desyncing because of it
