@loganislogay If you have a code it should work. However, there is an issue that currently prevents players from getting it. Should be fixed in the coming week.

Ahoy Pirates! In today’s maintenance window we worked on a bug that mean those of you who had redeemed codes for cosmetic packs weren’t seeing them in game. This should now be resolved. Look for the items in the relevant chests (armour, clothing, etc).
Those of you who pre-ordered through the Xbox and Windows Stores but have not yet received your Black Dog pack codes, these should be with you early next week. We apologise for the delay!
