Has anyone run into the dlc code problems? I still haven’t got the pre order Black Dog pack. Which I heard their still sending codes out. I have the Mixer pistol on my account but won’t show up in game. I also have the Mercenary Pack that comes with Xbox Live but it will not show up in game either. I’m feeling frustrated...
No DLC items showing up in game
Ya I don't have any of the things yet.
I pre-ordered the game on PC a couple weeks before it was released. My friend who pre-ordered it on XBOX 3 days before release has his stuff. I also went to the mixer thing and don't have that yet either.
Kind of sucks because I'd like to at least see how those things would look on my character before paying gold for things that I might replace them with.

I have not gotten my black dog pack either. Meanwhile I also redeemed the Ferryman Outdit from the controller and it also does not show up ingame.
According to support there were issues with a lot of people redeeming their codes at once so they essentially disabled this functionality for now.
Apparently things should start showing up after the upcoming patch currently scheduled for some time next week.
I don't have the Black Dog pack or any DLC showing for the game. I did enter my beta code back when I received it, January 2018, and apparently that should have also granted the Black Dog pack, at least according to Amazon. After a 55 minute phone conversation with Amazon this morning about not receiving the DLC. They told me they would contact me after contracting Rare to ensure I get my DLC.
