So I've run into an issue where I keep getting kicked for no internet connection (Which is false) and thus cannot rejoin my friends who are waiting for me in-game. Basically I haven't been able to do anything since this problem started. Any thoughts?
Joining friends in-game (PC)
@weeblesvonjames I'm a pc player too and I don't really like the xbox live app, but it can be used to join players already in game if they are on your xbox live friends list.
@zep-darkwater Do you happen to know the steps to do that? I've looked everywhere and I see no option to join their game. I can invite them to join my party, and I can invite them to join MY game which would lose all our progress (quest and such) But they seem to be unable to invite me back into the game already running.
@weeblesvonjames if they are on your xbox live friends list. Open the xbox app, click on the name of the person, you will get a pop of their err, profile page I guess you would call it. There will be an xbox controller icon below their name that says something to the effect of " click to join (player) in sea of thieves.
I really hate the way you have to deal with friends through the xbox app, but that's all we have as far as I know.
@zep-darkwater Alright interesting. Thank you. I've looked on their profile page and no option to join their game comes up. I swore I saw it before, but it's not showing up now. I can join their game before we load into the world, but if I get dropped after that, I'm doomed.
@weeblesvonjames Hmm, yeah I've noticed the controller icon to join is sometimes really slow to load. I wish I could offer more help, but I'm really not that experienced with the xbox live app at all, its very frustrating to a pc user. I hope it works out for you though and happy sailing.
@zep-darkwater I appreciate it. I dunno what to do. If I can't play with friends, there is really no reason to play this at all. I'm not giving up yet though.
