How many melee skeletons do you think you can effectively multi-task at one time with your sword, as they gang up on you?
I'm not that great yet... I know I can definitely take 2, probably 3 but probably not 4 if they are all swarming me together.
How many skeletons can you take on with your sword?
If you hold right click and then hold left click you will start a sword lunge charge, but holding right click before you do this will prevent the slow movement you get when you just hold the left click. With this tactic you should be able to easily take on much more than 4.
You charge up your lunge. Make sure you hit at least one. Then run off or hold the block button and hit jump while walking backwards away from the skeletons to jump backwards and disengage then you start charging again. Skeleton fort skellys are a little faster so they have slightly different tactics, but everything else should be a piece of cake.
With standard hits, I can slash 3-4 at a time if they are bunched close enough together.
With the lunge - You can take out skellies that are behind the ones in front - great way to give yourself an escape route if surrounded.
Tip: If you are facing a hord of sword wielding skellies, jump up on a boulder - They can't climb or hit you, but your sword swings still hit them. BE WARNED - This does not work with ones armed with guns for obvious reasons
