I bought the Xbox live 3 month pack and redeemed the code, for the Merc pack, I was emailed(from Xbox[with my purchase receipt]) but then when I go in game and check out the multiple item and clothing stores & boxes the items are nowhere to be found. I've reset my game and console multiple times and even waited a day and the items are still nowhere to be found.
How do I get the Mercenary items?
@cmf same thing here with the addition that I still haven't gotten my preordering bonus items either.
There is currently an issue impacting the ability to redeem items, should be fixed in patch early next week.
