Me and my friends are playing but there is only 1 other boat on map has been like this from launch.. Im in New Zealand so im sure that's why we are put in low pop server but only 6 people in server. I talked to the other players and we are the only ship they have came across too.

Server pop is deliberately limited to a max of six ships. So at most 24 people if you have six galleons.
Don't quote me on that.
@blam320 im saying there only six people on server all up i tried to get some americans friends to host a game but we still get put in a empty server makes for a very boring experience.

Try changing your region. I think Australia isn't too much of a stretch for someone from New Zealand. Then again, you're seamlessly transitioned from server to server while sailing, so the point's kinda moot.
@thready11 yea got a mix of kiwi's and aussies and we all having issues spend hours and dont even find anyone else. @Blam320 it must be transitioning us into empty server after empty server lol.
