Sea of Thieves will not have a roadmap according to Rare as they want to be reactive to the community and add things to the game based on feedback....

@pilks4k There still is a roadmap for a few months ahead. I just really wish they would release their non-spoiler plans to quell some concerns.

@firetadpole7469 Yep there is a content update in 3 months time that will bring new content and micro transactions I guess thats there idea of a roadmap.

Yeah, I think that's their version of a road map?

Any updates on the Roadmap?

They are probably scrambling to come up with some content they can add fast so everyone doesn't leave. Everyone I know has already stopped playing though and will check back in 3+ months with hope of more content.
