Black Dog set?

    Hi! You've probably seen this post 100x but i have not found an answer.
    I pre-ordered SoT but have not gotten my blacg dog pack, i was wondering is there a reason for it or do we just wait and soon enough we will have it?

    Mine was sent in via a message on my xbox live account, try checking the xbox app messages or go to your messages on your xbox one. I sailed and sunk many ships before my black dog set arrived.

    Mine was just there when I signed in.

    Was just looking to give my gal the mustache she needs and low and behold, the Black Dog set was already there.

    I've seen posts saying that i needed to wait a day or two but a day or two has passed now and i don't have my pack either. I'm on PC and have checked my messages and emails and have gotten nothing so far. I ordered the game on the 15th of February so i should have gotten mine by now at least from what they have been saying.

    I’m in the same boat, Pre ordered in early March with some friends, both of which got their codes sent but I didn’t. Was wondering if there was a definite ETA on when they will be sent out?

    Pirates, check your Xbox Live app. Look at where you receive messages for the Black Dog redeem email. There lies the elusive code.

    Yeah, I pre-ordered February 16th and have gotten NO Xbox Live message, unfortunately.
    Rare told me I should have received it already, so I need to contact Microsoft Support. Microsoft Support seemed all helpful and friendly, but they ended up just saying (after a long wait) that it was up to Rare to handle and it may take 7-10 days.........

    I love the game and am looking forward to great times, but, right now... I'm honestly annoyed.

    Just sharing so more people know...

    • Not everyone is getting the Xbox Live message (do check there though, in the Xbox App, Messages, from Xbox Live)

    • I've been told different stories and different wait times for this by Rare and by Microsoft

    @phillandamy14 have you checked the chests outside of the Clothing Vendor hut at outposts? (there should also be a chest on board your ship)

    I believe the Xbox Live message only applies to those who ordered direct from Microsoft. Orders from anywhere else will need to contact the retailer they ordered from.

    Just adding my voice to the chorus... I pre ordered very late, just a couple days before launch, so of course I don't have my Black Dog gear yet. I think I (and others) will just have to wait a while, RARE seems to be focused more on making the servers and gameplay stable, so the pre-order problems are likely on a back burner right now. Once the game is running more smoothly, we should get our goodies though :D

    @spyds the page is being updated when they have more info. Last update was today.

    And it says " We are aware that not all entitled players have received their Black Dog Pack code yet. The goal is to send all remaining codes via Xbox Live message by early next week."
