I pre ordered the Gamestop Digital download and didnt receive the bonus!

    If you pre-ordered it by going to a store they would have given you a code for the private beta and the pack on your receipt as well as one for the digital download but if you did it online you would've been given the code after checkout or through email if I remember right.

    @dread1217 I redeemed my code and gotten the black dog pack and a deckhand said i would receieve the game on launch but it didnt happen. So im sure it is the same for billy as well

    @dread1217 Yea that's what I thought but that wasn't the case. I called Gamestop the same Dark but they didn't have any answers for me either. This isn't the first time ive pre ordered games and I know how its supposed to work but something has happened and I'm not getting my bonus

    @darkassasinwolf Well you would've only gotten the digital code yesterday for the full game download but the preorder bonus and beta access was given to you whenever you purchased it. If you didn't get the full game download then either you have to take a trip to your GameStop or check your email.

    @billylk88 I got the game but I didn't get the black dog pack which is weird that your case is the opposite of mine.

    I preordered from Gamestop and didn't receive a code for my bonus clothing. I called Gamestop customer service and they looked up my purchase and gave me a code.

    @king-homer-1 I could call them but i don't have my receipt anymore for some reason. So idk what they could do for me

    @billylk88 yea I got the code and redeemed and now when I go into the game the clothes and weapons and stuff aren't in the game. So I'm confused again

    I have the same problem. I used the code but I still have nothing in the coffers. Does anyone know solution?
