Too many errors and won't let me login to play

    CLICK set sail... game crashes with alebasterbeard error! Getting to the point of rating this game a 0 and asking for a refund... haven't had a worse experience on launch than this game right here - had such high hopes.

    @le-crippletoe PC or Xbox?

    I just finished a 6 hour session on my PC - No problems.

    @oneeyed-w1lliam This is what is frustrating me 0.o it keeps saying "alebasterbeard error" have you found a workaround? I dunno, what settings do you have? where do you start the game? Cos it seems my PC is the only one with errors (along with a few of my friends)

    @le-crippletoe I purchased mine from MS store - So all I do is launch it from my start menu. Earlier today there were serious server issues, and even after that was resolved, there was a matchmaking issue. Not sure what the alabaster beard error is as I have yet to encounter it.

    As far as my settings. I didn't change a thing. My Nvidia graphics card automatically set it self to the max capable custom settings. All I did was tweak the audio and control settings.

    Launched game from start menu
    Got to the selection screen for Galleon or Sloop (I chose sloop)
    Got to the screen for crew or solo (I chose solo)
    "Searching the Seas" - then logged me into the game a moment later.

    I am having the exact same issue. Game has not worked yet and it didn’t work during the open beta either.
