so i have all factions above 15 and he still says that im at 10 and i need to come back when im 15.. tried relogging,doesn't help.

@steffoyargh I think they are the legendary merchants and i believe you have to be rank 50 with all 3 companies before they will talk to you.
They are a bit of a tease to be honest xD
@knifelife well the thing is that he says something like you are "ten and keen come back when all are fifteen" and all my factions are 15+ so wondering if he is bugged or what?
@steffoyargh His first one is 5, then when you get to 5 he changes to 10, then 15. Im assuming he just keeps going higher and higher.
@knifelife yes but like i said he still says that i am at 10 even tho i aint,and from other places ive read that he is supposed to give you a reward whenever reaching those levels
@steffoyargh Just went to one, im also above 15 in all 3. Heres what she said:
"Fifteen show promise but there remains plenty, set sail now to all reputation twenty."
I didnt recieve a reward and havent from any of the strangers yet, hope that helps.
@knifelife hmm. well about the reward thing i don't know i just read it from some posts at reddit or somewhere. but i will try a different outpost and see if that makes any change.

Why it keeps saying this?Because you have not bought the promotions from each respective faction yet. Which also means that you are still doing "low lvl" quests, you need to upgrade to get better quests

Also, The guy keeps saying i need 15/15/15 now, I think he will keep saying this till you get 50/50/50,
I must say so far the mechanic for this is quite disappointing. The mysterious characters keeps telling you to attain a certain level and then come back - once that is done, they just bluntly tell you to gain even more levels...
I guess it would have been an ok feature if once you got to the new level "requirement" they give you something, or the mysterious character tells you to go somewhere and get something for them - because you reached that level and because you have progressed. Now it's just: "reach level 5 with all"... "oh you are level 5, then reach level 10 with all"... and on and on and on. Seems like quite an unnecessary feature to keep telling us to gain 5 levels every now and again - if it only really matter once you are 50. Come on Rare...
@steffoyargh You have to purchase that rank for whichever merchant you're leveling up for him to give you the next level cap.
@agatechicken697 Agreed . Rare really ruined an opportunity for another “trader” ... he could have given you extra special missions after each five levels attained . Rare PLEASE MAKE THE STRANGER GIVE QUESTS OR GOLD EVERY FIVE REP LEVELS EARNED . As of right now why they heck is he even In game before level 50 ? [Mod Edited]
@steffoyargh i know whats wrong, you haven't bought the level up when you hit level 15 so go back to all the companies and buy the upgraded version of it. Then after you have done that go back to the mysterious stranger and it will work.
