I just turned in a voyage and hot paid.
Picked up a new one. I gave 3.
When I try to propose any of them it just Kay's the map down and I only have the PICKUP option, I can't propose any voyage.
I'm playing solo and I think that you shouldn't have to propose voyages if you're playing solo.
It makes no sense.
Anyway, is there a reason I can't propose any voyages?

There's no PROPOSE option.
Only the PICKUP option

I'm not trying to sound like a d**k, but I did say that I just turned in a voyage which shows I know the process, plus I said that I think solo players shouldn't have to propose (and therefore vote) on voyages, so why would tell me what the process is??
I'm know you're trying to help, and I do appreciate it, but I don't think people read posts completely through.
This is exactly what I'm seeing.
I approach the table and I have the PROPOSE option.
I press X to Propose.
It takes me to my maps. I choose one. I press A.
It immediately shows the map on the table with ONLY the PICKUP option.
No VOTE option.
I'll try restarting my game I guess.
Just trying to help, and you do sound like your upset but I wouldn't use the word you did. You were not very clear in you initial post, as is evident by the responses to it. It made it seem liek you were reporting a bug more then proposing a change to a feature.

edit* yes if you don't see the Vote option once you have proposed, I would suggest restarting
