Purchase won't install

    I pre-ordered two installments (one for my son and one myself). We have identical PCs both purchased at the same time and from the same vendor. I purchased my son's installment of the game on his PC then my installment on my PC using my Paypal account for both purchases.
    This morning I was able to install the game on my system but not on my son's system. I have been trying for over SEVEN HOURS!!!!
    My son's Microsoft account says "You own this product" right above the "Install" button.
    As soon as I click the button it immediately says "Couldn't install. We'll retry shortly".
    I have closed and reopened the app several times and have even rebooted his PC but still the same BS for the past 7 hours.

    Send us discs so we can at least install what we over-paid for.

    Ok so the 6o us doesn't include the tax so depending on your state it's more 65 us then its got to be shipped to Australia likely subject to import taxes or tariffs as well as any other taxes your government has on that type of good.

    Yes your getting a digital copy however Microsoft has to match their digital price to the physical price at the stores in the area otherwise they will be damaging relationships with those stores and possibly breaking agreements

    The price calculation is far far more complicated than putting the list price into a currency converter

    Cheers mate.
    It turns out my son's Windows wasn't updating due to corrupt file(s) even though that installment is only a few hours old.
    I ran the Windows support diagnostics and it repaired all of the required files and his PC is updating as we speak.
    Hopefully that should resolve the game installation issue. :)

    Yep that Windows 10 upgrade solved it. The game is now downloading for my son.
