For those who are interested - and currently reside in France - the xbox live gold 3-months subscription is now available from Amazon.fr along with the free Mercenary pack DLC.
Alas, still no word from either Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.es or Amazon.it, but it's now obvious that it will be available shortly everywhere.

@dreifois so that’s the name of the pack. I saw it in the Microsoft store and decided to renew my Xbox membership early, though not sure how long till it (the pack) comes in.

No need to redeem the xbox live first. Amazon.de used to send the codes shortly thereafter at the beginning, but maybe they got a bit behind schedule. Best idea is to contact their support directly, they should soon reply with a code via email.
@dreifois Unfortunately, the deadline for purchasing this pack was March 31st. If you still don't have the code although the deadline is up, and you bought xbox live before the deadline, you have until the end of April to enter it. You can no longer receive the code for the mercenary pack through xbox live. I missed out on it but there was a seller on ebay who I bought it from. He gave me the code right away. Unfortunately, the cheapest price you can get it for is $25, but it does NOT include xbox live. Kinda over priced if you ask me. But since a wanted to look cool and unique is SoT, I bought it anyway.
@dreifois How long do you think I should wait before contacting them? they do not have live chat offer so the only option is an email and that will take longer too.
@r3b3lspy Sorry, but the DLC is expired. The deadline was March 31st! At least you still have xbox live!
@bagel-mazter Not expired, promotion valid still on their website, if it is actually expired it is false advertisement, do you have a link to the expiration date source?

All that this shows is that you can purchase it through amazon. If you are a resident in Germany, UK, etc... then go ahead. Otherwise, you can only buy it from third party sellers. They don't have it on amazon U.S.

@R3B3lSpy I purchased it on the uk amazon and am living in the uk, it arrived within the confirmation email straight after completing the order.

When did you buy it? If at least one day ago, you can send a mail to their support right now.

I've redeemed it long ago. But anyway, if you just bought it and get a message error telling you that it's expired, you simply have to call ms support, account billing, and tell them that you've just bought it and Amazon messed it up. Simply as that.
