You should be able to preload it now the game should have already downloaded to your device.
Although if you are a Games Pass user you will need to wait for the game to launch in your region before the download button becomes available.

I didn't saw it haha,thanks. My PC has auto downloaded,just saw it now on the update history
Depends where you pre-ordered from. If you pre-ordered via Amazon (as I did), you cannot pre-load it now (I contacted Amazon about this and they said they don't release the codes for pre-load for this game).
If you pre-ordered via the Xbox/Windows store, you can pre-load now.I originally pre-ordered via Amazon, but after talking with them this weekend over the 'no pre-load option,' I cancelled the pre-order and remade it on the XBox store and it immediately started downloading. I'm all set for Tuesday!
