Black dog pack missing

    When I preordered the game originally from the Microsoft store it showed the black dog pack in purchase history. Now it is gone. Anyone know why or also having this problem?

    Yeah. I forgot the story why it’s not showing and removed but you will all have it at launch if you was pre ordered

    No ones is showing atm I believe.

    Players who have preordered Sea of Thieves after the 26th of January may have to wait for a Xbox Live message with the Black Dog Pack in. This should arrive to you within the next 24 hours.

    For players that have preordered between the 16th of March and the 20th of March you may have to wait a little longer to receive this Xbox Live message.

    If you have still not received your Black Dog Pack code by the 23rd of March please use the support tools below to create a support ticket for further assistance.

    If you haven't already, check your messages on Xbox or your Xbox app. Scroll all the way down the bottom, that's where I found my code.

    Hello i Preorder 17,3,2018 and i still dont have Black dog pack, and i dont get any message

    @gggaming1998 I don’t have my black dog stuff. I got an email finally saying welcom to sea of thieves but no black dog equipment. Also no idea how to play and WHY am I forced into voice chat and can’t turn it off. But yeah please just get black dog stuff tome before I decide weather or not to quit

    I find this odd. I preordered in February from the Microsoft store and I had my dlc on launch.

    So I got the message on my Xbox phone app saying to use the code below, but there was no code below. More strange, that message thread does not show on my Xbox itself. I gave it a few weeks to resolve, but no good. Anyone else in the same boat?

    ...no pun intended in that.
